Planning Your Garden Room

We want your garden room project to be stress-free from start to finish. This page explains how to book your project, the deposit and payment schedule, and other important information so you know exactly what to expect.

How to Book

​

1. Discuss you ideas with us so we can design a garden room tailor made to your space and requirement.

2. Contact us via email or phone to discuss your project.

3. Confirm your order by paying the deposit (see below).

4. Once your deposit has cleared, or finance is in place, we will schedule your build and order materials.

If you wish to spread the cost of your garden room, we can introduce you to Ideal4Finace (FCA N0.70340). For full details, see our Finance Options page. Finance must be arranged before work begins.

Note: Work cannot begin until the deposit has cleared.

Deposit & Payment Schedule

​

At Sheri Dens Garden rooms,  each garden room is designed and built to your exact requirements. Because of the bespoke nature a 25% deposit (direct payment), or approved finance through Ideal4Finance must be in place before work can begin. This allows us to secure your specific materials and plan efficiently, ensuring everything flows from start to finish.

The rest of the payment plan is laid out below. 

 

• Deposit: 25% – payable on order confirmation.

• Interim Payment: 50% – due when work commences on site.

• Final Balance: 25% – due upon completion and handover of your garden room.​

Deposits are non-refundable for direct payments once materials have been ordered, due to the bespoke nature of our garden rooms.

 

For customers using finance through Ideal4Finance, the deposit and payments are handled by the finance company according to their agreement and handled directly by the finance company. Sheri Dens receives full payment upfront and is not responsible for any finance repayments or disputes.

Important Information​

​

• Direct payment deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

• All invoices clearly show the all three installments of 25%, 50% and 25%.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, card or other agreed method.

• If using Finance, payments are handled by Ideal4Finance and your responsibility. Sheri Dens are not liable. 

• Ownership of the Garden Room remains with Sheri Dens Garden Rooms LTD until full payment is received.
