1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by Sheri Dens Bespoke Garden Rooms Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 13943083, with our registered office at:
Unit 2A, Blue Lias Industrial Estate, Rugby Road, Stockton, Southam, Warwickshire, CV47 8HN.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.
2. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

An order is only confirmed once a deposit (or finance payment confirmation) has been received and we have issued written confirmation.

Any changes made after confirmation may affect price and lead times.
3. Deposits and Payments

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm your order.

A further 50% payment is due at the start of construction.

The remaining 25% balance is due upon completion and handover.

Ownership of the garden room remains with Sheri Dens Bespoke Garden Rooms Ltd until full payment has been received, whether paid directly by the customer or via an approved finance arrangement.

Payment methods will be detailed on your quotation and invoice.
4. Finance Options

Sheri Dens Bespoke Garden Rooms Ltd acts as an introducer only and is not a lender.

Finance is provided by Ideal4Finance (Company No. 06724294), who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 703401).

Finance applications are subject to status and credit approval.

Funds are released directly to Sheri Dens Bespoke Garden Rooms Ltd upon approval, allowing your project to proceed without delay.

All finance agreements are strictly between the customer and the finance provider.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

Each garden room is individually designed and manufactured to the customer’s specification. For this reason, once an order has been confirmed and production or site preparation has started, no refunds can be offered.

Any cancellation prior to the commencement of design or manufacturing work must be made in writing within 14 days of the order being placed.

If materials have been ordered or work has begun, the customer will be liable for all costs incurred to date.

Deposits are non-refundable once production or site preparation has started.
6. Delivery and Installation

We will provide an estimated installation date upon confirmation of order.

The customer must ensure clear and safe access to the site for delivery and installation.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by poor access, adverse weather, or unforeseen ground conditions.
7. Guarantees and Warranties

All workmanship is covered by a 10-year structural warranty.

Manufacturer warranties apply to specific materials and components.

This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.
8. Liability

While every effort is made to complete projects on time, Sheri Dens Bespoke Garden Rooms Ltd will not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for consequential losses, including loss of earnings or enjoyment, arising from any delay or defect.
9. Data Protection

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
